My debut eBook is FREE to download across a few self publishing platforms but you can also download it here. Below I give you a short synopsis before the download file. Kalubwa Kalubwa is having a bad year. At the beginning of December, Kalubwa is looking forward to a much deserved break from his job. But a surprise visit from his ego stomping father in law sets the precedent for the first five months of the year, where unexpected news, escalating marital woes and his past combine to create a storm that threatens everything he has ever aspired to be. At the height of the madness controversial help is offered by an unlikely source. Will it be able to realign his life when the dust settles? As secrets old and new unravel, who will he be able to trust? Download a PDF version of the driver secret here

It has been a long road. But as of yesterday the 30th of August 2017, I am officially a published author. It only took minutes all thanks to the miracle that is online self-publishing. After three straight days of editing and proofreading, I decided to just do it. And the moment it happened I wanted to cry and jump and hug everyone around me… But I was in a tiny internet café full of strangers. So I had to restrain myself. But the joy is oh so real and it will be sometime before it fades.
The eBook is free and available here https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/745365 and as at now already has eleven whole downloads. You cannot even begin to imagine how good that makes me feel that people are intrigued enough by the synopsis. Of course the first download was mine, but still. Ha ha ha. At the moment I am waiting for approval on the other platforms I used to publish and once that happens I will add the other links. I would love to hear your feedback on both the cover and the story. Remember it is a novella so it is short. I have been working on this book since 2014 and tried to make it long but that never worked. Now that it is done I don’t know what to do with myself. What do people do when they finally get published? I have been so invested in The Drivers Secret I now feel lost. Think I’ll get started on my next book. Or work on a few short stories for this site. Happy reading. |
